How does the analysis work?

Your selfie is measured on our server: around 500 facial points, lighting correction, then the actual colors of your skin, hair and eyes in lab color space. The result is compared against all 12 seasons, and the same photo always gives the same result.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is deleted from our servers after analysis. Your results live on your phone. We never store your photo, and there is no face recognition.

Why can I only use the camera, not upload a photo?

Filters and edits in saved photos silently shift your colors. A fresh, unedited camera capture keeps the measurement true.

What if my season feels wrong?

Nine times out of ten the culprit is lighting. Retake in soft, even daylight (facing a window works best), no strong makeup, hair off your face. Your membership stays while you start over.

How do referrals work?

Share your invite code from the Profile tab. When 3 friends join and complete their analysis, your membership unlocks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (and Google Play on Android), not by us, so you can cancel there anytime. Canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
